My continued hope is that we will start getting into immersive role-play. I don't mind a good battle occasionally, but if we were going to do some hack and slash LARP I'd rather use boffer weapons in a fantasy or post apocalyptic setting.
I find it funny that, as I have gotten older, character development has become more important than action to me. The why behind things is more thrilling than the thing itself. I like it, and hope to share this love with others someday.
